Payment and Policies
What is the fee for each visit?
Call our office for current fee-for-service rates.
Will Insurance cover my visits?
NADEC accepts a number of insurance plans. Many insurance companies will reimburse for office consultations if you have a health plan for which diet is recognized as part of your care. We recommend you get a referral from your physician and to contact your insurance company to verify the service is a covered benefit. You may be held responsible for the charges, so it is best to get confirmation from your insurance company.

Cancellation policy
NADEC requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notification to cancel an appointment. You are responsible to pay for appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled visit. A $25.00 fee will be charge to your account for missed appointments.
Payment
For office consultations full payment is expected at the time of the visit. We accept cash or checks for your consultation fees or copays. A $25.00 processing fee will be assessed for returned checks.
