QUALIFICATION HIGHLIGHTS and EDUCATION
ON A PERSONAL NOTE…
Sharon grew up down South in a large family (8 siblings) with traditional southern values and eating habits. Over the years she watched numerous family and friends die from illnesses which were related to poor eating habits and obesity. Because of her history, it has become her life time mission to be the voice of wellness to all she encounters. After being diagnosed with a hereditary health condition herself, Sharon took her message to another level by living in a way which controls her illness with lifestyle modifications and not medications. Now when she speaks to others on wellness she can relate on a personal level. Her life is an example of how making small and consistent changes to your lifestyle can pay off with a big return. Sharon believes she was born to help others take control of their health.
